What data we collect

Account data. When you sign in, we store: your Apple account identifier (a random ID Apple gives us, not your Apple password — we never see that), the email address you sign in with (or Apple's private relay address if you choose to hide your real one), and your subscription status. That's it for account data.

Fantasy platform data (only if you choose to connect one). If you link a Yahoo, ESPN, or Sleeper account to pull in your real roster, your login is relayed through our server one time to complete the connection, and the resulting roster data is sent to your device. We do not write your fantasy-platform login token or your roster to any database, disk, or log file. It exists only in server memory for the moment it takes to process your request, then it's gone.

Screenshots (My Team feature). If you use the roster-screenshot import feature instead, the image never leaves your device — it's read locally in your browser.

What we don't collect. No ad trackers. No third-party analytics SDKs. No sale or sharing of your data with advertisers or data brokers. No tracking of what you do inside the app beyond what's needed to make the app itself work (like remembering your watchlist).

How we store it

Account data and subscription status live in our own database, on our own server. Nothing else about you is persisted there. Fantasy-platform tokens and roster data specifically are designed to never touch that database at all.

Real risks, stated plainly

Connecting a fantasy account. Even though we don't store your login, it is processed by our server for a brief moment to complete the connection. If our server were ever compromised at that exact moment, that data could theoretically be exposed — this is a small but real window, and it's the tradeoff of linking automatically instead of typing your roster in by hand. You can disconnect a linked account at any time, which revokes our access on the platform's side.

We are not Yahoo, ESPN, Sleeper, or the NFL. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. If one of those platforms has its own data breach, that's on their systems, not ours — but it could still affect you as their user.

This isn't betting or financial advice. Nothing in this app is a guarantee, a pick, or professional advice of any kind. Decisions you make with it are yours.

Subscriptions. If you subscribe through the App Store, Apple's own subscription terms and refund policies apply.

Your controls

You can disconnect any linked fantasy account at any time from Settings. You can delete your account entirely, which removes your account record and subscription history from our database. You can contact us at support@apexfansports.com with any privacy question or deletion request.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters — what we collect, who we share it with — we'll notify you in the app before it takes effect, not just quietly update this page.
